The PRS-23 uses the #130 base plate weighing 65 lb (29 kg) (base sold separately). Rotates 360ยบ horizontally, height adjustable (22.6” to 35.5” (57.5-90cm)), and is compatible with just about any bike. Great for carbon tube and aero-shaped bikes.
